Managing Partner

Eric best utilizes his creative problem-solving abilities at Trinity as the Managing Partner.
Since assuming this role, Eric has led the firm through a business model redesign, technology
revamp, financial system optimization, and fee billing simplification.
Eric also provides wealth coaching to individuals and small business owners throughout
St. Louis and the Midwest. He believes that competence and trustworthiness are the key
elements his Trinity clients desire. They appreciate his willingness to spend the time
with them to ensure the creation of an appropriate financial roadmap.
Eric further specializes in designing creative solutions for complex financial situations.
As a regional fee-based planning manager for a national firm in the late 1990s he was the
focal point for complex retirement distribution strategies, stock option strategies and estate
and charitable planning cases.
Eric lives in Chesterfield with his wife, Claire, where they are both actively involved in
Chesterfield Presbyterian Church, Kirk Day School and in the sports community in which their
sons John Eric and Joshua participate. He has co-authored multiple investment articles in the
Medical Business Journal.
