President, Grant Consulting

Doug Grant, Owner and President of Grant Consulting, Inc., is a licensed health and life broker in over 10 states. He holds a bachelor's degree in Consumer Affairs./Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University. Before founding GCI in 1997, he worked in the employee benefits industry with large national brokerage firms from 1992. He oversees GCI's daily operations and researches industry trends to prepare GCI for the future.

Doug manages sales for large groups and is responsible for maintaining large group business, evaluating client needs, selling new lines of coverage to existing clients, and bringing in new clients. Doug created a wellness incentive program, which is utilized by several key clients and by GCI employees.
